• Something on the site is broken or unclear.
• A file didn't arrive or won't open. We fix it or refund you; see the Refund Policy.
• You want your personal information exported or deleted.

What we can't help with

• Trade ideas, signals or market opinions. We don't do this for anyone, at any price.
• Which prop firm to use. We take no referral fees and don't rank firms.
• Anything needing a licence. We aren't investment advisers, accountants or lawyers.
