The Journal & Workbook and The Rules Desk Course, bought on rulesdesk.com: full refund within 7 days of purchase, even if you have downloaded the files. No reason needed. To ask, email support@rulesdesk.com.

After 7 days, downloads are final unless a file is faulty. Faulty means the file won't download or open, is corrupted, or its formulas don't work the way the product page describes. Email support@rulesdesk.com and we'll send a working file or refund you.
