Everything sold by Senator Hodl Trading Co. is a digital download delivered instantly after purchase. Because the files can't be returned once they've been delivered, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
If your download link doesn't arrive, a file is missing, or a file won't open, contact us within 14 days of purchase using the Contact page. We'll send working files right away. If we can't fix the problem, we'll refund your order in full.
DUPLICATE PURCHASES
If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the duplicate order.
CHARGEBACKS
Please reach out to us before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer every message and it's almost always faster to sort things out directly.
